I am SO feeling better - the long post.

As you can tell by the subject line, my mood and physical health have improved since monday. This week's been kept busy, regardless of the lack of Whitney around (whom I miss dearly) and the lack of really anything to do. I've been finding little delights in such things as banana bread and a certain person getting their driver's license after spending so much time in the car with me. I'm glad I didn't screw 'em up for good.

Tuesday was alright because I actually got dressed, rather than staying in my pjs all day. Mother and I went out to do some errands as we often do during the week. I attended my guitar lesson as well. The only real trouble with Tuesday is that for some reason, I had lost my voice. I sorta figured that it was because of the damage on my throat from the day before... But you never know. I haven't been sick like that in a long time, so I couldn't remember.

Wednesday was a bit more fun. Dan helped me escape the house by agreeing to do something with me. We ate burritos, which was nice because my stomach was feeling better. That was followed by a trip to Half-Price books:
Dan: Dude! The Moffatts! Old school!
Me: Dude, in 20 years, when Britney Spears is dead, kids our age will be in a store like this saying, 'Whoa! Britney Spears! old School!'
Dan: Old school definitely does not equal good.

After that experience with the clearance rack of CDs, we went to Best Buy where I bought a Priest CD (see music I'm listening to) and Joe's Apartment on DVD. We also bothered Erik. Not wanting to go home quite yet, Dan and I watched the above movie at his house. And I remembered how much it really sucked. But man... it was somehow still funny.

My mother and I ventured out again to try to find a place with Art Song's wings. We were so close to getting my Rochelle's back... but the place we thought would be there was long abandoned. In fact, the sign said, " exi an food." Now, I've never tried Exian food, but I bet it's not chicken wings. Dang. We instead met my father after he got off work to go to Doolittle's. Have I ever mentioned how cool my parents are? Pff, you guys all know that.

Today I spent some time with mom cleaning up my room. Well, mostly dealing with clothes. I basically put the ripped up whatever stuff in the trash and I got a rather large pile of stuff I plan to give away to whatever charity thing. Other than that, I also managed to find some of my great old shirts ("Untied Dyslexic Church of Dog") and a rather large load of concert t-shirts which I hope will be made sooner or later into a quilt. That sort of thing's been done before. But I think this would rule. Very hard.

Now here's the best part - the concert. Today was The Spacepimps in Elk River. Now, Elk River is about an hour away. But top on rush hour, road work, etc... Dan and I were in the car for pretty much 3 hours. We were rather worried that we were going to miss it. But we didn't! Hoorah! The concert was very cool, though I seemed to be the only one who knew of t3h Spacepimps. I mean, that's expected in Elk River, MN, whereas they're from Pittsburgh, but still, when I talked to them after the show, they seemed very enthusiastic speaking with me because I sang along to their songs. I had talked with Rishi (the singer) on AIM a couple times, so I mentioned that and he actually remembered. They're all fun guys. I like 'em a bunch. The band afterwards that Dan wanted to see, "and then i turned seven" was quite good. I remember hearing recordings before that just sorta... meh... but they did very well! Hoorah again! After food, I came back home

I guess Sam and Kelcie are gonna be here this weekend.
And I guess Warped Tour is on Sunday.

Warped Tour is on Sunday.

I am excited!

"MySpace sold out!!"
